1 INQUIRY. We start by getting to know you, your vision, and the experience you want for your wedding party. This is the most important step in creating a personalized and memorable experience for you and your recipients. 

2 DESIGN. This is where  our team does all of the work for you. Your Personal Gift Consultant digs into the details of your recipients to design and propose a detailed gift option that is inspired by your vision and your recipients.

3 PRODUCTION. We work behind the scenes to source and purchase gift items and assemble each gift based on the approved design. Then meticulously arrange each item for visual appeal and confirm that the story you envisioned is woven into every detail of the gift.

4 DELIVER. You will be notified when the gifts are complete and on the way to the recipients based on the delivery option you selected. We handle all the shipping and logistics so that you don’t have to!  Just sit back and relax while your gifts are being delivered.

    Can I include a handwritten note?

    Yes, we actually recommend handwritten notes.  It adds a special touch of personalization to the gift and is often one of the memorable elements of the gifting experience.

    Can you add our wedding logo to your gifts? 

    Yes, you can include your wedding logo in the packaging with the gift tag or belly band and the note card (minimums apply).

    Do you have an order minimum?

    Yes, there is a 6 gift minimum for our full service wedding party gift service.  If you need less than 6 gifts, check out our gift shop where you can choose a gift, then select from our standard stationery or request personalized stationery to give your gifts an extra special touch.

    Do you offer a local delivery option?

    Yes, gifts are delivered within 20 miles of our location for a flat fee of $25.00.  Areas outside of 20 miles will be subject to increased delivery fee depending on the number of miles.

    Do you offer returns and exchanges?

    Due to the nature of the items that are included in our gift boxes we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.  We take extra care to make sure your gift arrives in great condition. If the gift arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours by email at hello@kreativelymemorable.com and let us make it right for you. If you are having trouble with your order or you have any suggestions for how we better serve you, please contact us and let us know.

    How large are your boxes?

    We offer gift boxes in 3 sizes: mini, small, and standard.  Our mini boxes are 6 x 6 x 2.75 and can fit 2 – 3 items perfectly.  The small boxes are 8 x 8 x 3.125 and can fit 3 – 4 items.  The standard size box is 10 x 10 x 4.5 and it is the perfect size for 4 – 7 items.  Boxes (or vessels as we call them) can be customized to address your specific gifting needs.

    How long does it take for my gift to ship?

    Gifts selected from our shop collection take 2 – 4 weeks to ship, depending on the gift selected.  Fully customized gifts may take 5 – 10 weeks to ship, depending on the gift design.

    What if I need a larger quantity of gifts?

    We are happy to accommodate larger orders.  Just let us know the number of gifts you need when filling out the inquiry form.

    What is the timeframe to create custom gifts?

    Our custom gift process is designed to help you give gifts that are completely customized to your unique vision.  Curating, sourcing and assembling the perfect gift can take 5 – 10 weeks, depending on the design and the items to be sourced.

    Will shipping costs be separate?

    Yes, shipping costs are charged separately and are not included in the cost of the gift.
