The Process

1 INQUIRY
An initial call is scheduled to talk through the vision and goals for your gifting campaign. 

2 DESIGN
A client account manager will create a gift design customized to your business goals based on your vision.   We will work through all the details, managing every step of the process from start to finish to help you achieve the gift that you are confident of giving your recipients. 

3 PRODUCTION
Once the design is finalized, approved, and the deposit is paid, we begin the process of purchasing gift items, branded elements, and all the little details that go into creating the gift. 

4 FULFILLMENT
Our team does all the heavy lifting. We get to work assembling the gifts, meticulously arranging each item for visual appeal. Then we handle all the shipping and logistics so that you don’t have to!  All you will need to do is sit back and relax while your gifts are being delivered for you.

We take care of the gifting details, while you handle all the details for your client’s big day.

    Client Gifting FAQ

    Yes, we actually recommend handwritten notes.  It adds a special touch of personalization to the gift and is often one of the memorable elements of the gifting experience.

    Absolutely!  We take care of delivering gifts to your recipients so you don’t have to.

    We offer ways to brand gift packaging and items.  If you would like to include branded materials/items that you have on hand in the gifts, please let us know during the design process.  You can ship the items to you gift studio to be included in the gift during assembly.

    Yes, you can include your brand in the gifts through branded packaging and/or branded items/content.  You can include your brand in the packaging with the gift tag or belly band and the note card (minimums apply).  

    Yes, there is a 15 gift minimum for orders from the curated gift collection and a 25 gift minimum for full-service custom gifts.

    Yes, gifts are delivered within 20 miles of our location for a flat fee of $25.00.  Areas outside of 20 miles will be subject to increased delivery fee depending on the number of miles.

    Yes!  We offer corporate and client gifting services for wedding industry business and professionals who want to create memorable gifting experiences for their clients and employees.  Check out our corporate gifting services.

    Due to the nature of the items that are included in our gift boxes we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.  We take extra care to make sure your gift arrives in great condition. If the gift arrives damaged or in less than perfect condition, please contact us within 48 hours by email at hello@kreativelymemorable.com and let us make it right for you. If you are having trouble with your order or you have any suggestions for how we better serve you, please contact us and let us know.

    Currently, we do not ship internationally.

    We offer gift boxes in 3 sizes: mini, small, and standard.  Our mini boxes are 6 x 6 x 2.75 and can fit 2 – 3 items perfectly.  The small boxes are 8 x 8 x 3.125 and can fit 3 – 4 items.  The standard size box is 10 x 10 x 4.5 and it is the perfect size for 4 – 7 items.  Boxes (or vessels as we call them) can be customized to address your specific gifting needs.

    Gifts selected from our shop collection take 2 – 4 weeks to ship.  Gifts that are selected from our curated gift collection may take 3 – 6 weeks to ship, depending on the gift selected.  Fully customized gifts may take 6 – 10 weeks to ship, depending on the gift design.

    We are happy to accommodate larger orders.  Just let us know the number of gifts you need when filling out the inquiry form.

    Our custom gift process is designed to help you give gifts that are completely customized to your unique goals.  Curating, sourcing and assembling the perfect gift can take 6 – 10 weeks, depending on the design and the items to be sourced.
